Keeping it in the community

For decades, 242-244 Pentonville Road, King’s Cross has been home to performing arts academies that have helped launch many household names’ entertainment careers.

Even one of my former surveying colleagues studied at this venue when she decided to switch career from surveyor to thespian and made it to some well known TV dramas!

The performing arts has now closed its final curtain and the spotlights dimmed, having fallen victim to current circumstances.

Ashurst Real Estate is delighted to announce that the building will be brought back into community life over the next few months as we have leased it to King’s Cross Church as a multi function religious and community centre.

King’s Cross Church is a young, vibrant group affiliated to the Church of England. Full details at https://www.kxc.org.uk/kxc-online.

The new centre will open following a refurbishment programme that will include the creation of a new auditorium, community areas, shop front and offices.

Ashurst Real Estate acted for its property company landlord with this leasehold disposal.
