Ashurst Real Estate is live!

After almost a quarter of a century at another firm, I am delighted to announce the formation of my new company, Ashurst Real Estate.

A somewhat scary thought given the way that 2020 has shaped out.

Who starts a new company with Brexit having shaped a massive slowdown with the economy, followed by a global pandemic…….only the foolish or the brave?

I like to think of myself as the latter rather than the former!

Having initiated the process in October 2019, the die was cast with Brexit a known quantity and COVID 19 not even hatched from wherever it came.

After a 12 month lead in, the time has finally arrived.

Ashurst Real Estate is a boutique property consultancy specialising in the northern midtown area of central London - King’s Cross, Bloomsbury and Holborn.

We will be providing our clients with a a broad range of property related services which include estate agency, rent reviews, lease renewals, asset management and property consultancy.

For those clients with whom we have on going projects, we look forward to seeing these to a successful conclusion in due course.
