Anna goes to The Old Dairy……

Originally home to Express Dairies, founded by Sir George Barham in 1864, The Old Dairy was redeveloped into 13 homes and 2 commercial properties, with the development finally completing in mid 2020, shortly after the first lockdown began.

Whilst the development was still in its infancy, Ashurst Real Estate assisted Healthcare Infection Society with the identification and purchase of one of the commercial buildings, off plan in 2018.

Healthcare Infection Society had very specific search requirements for a new headquarters building with the property’s location and board room capability being of prime importance.

Montagu House, as it’s now named, satisfied the search specification perfectly.

The ground and 1st floors were surplus to Healthcare Infection Society’s occupational requirements and after a marketing campaign, stymied by initial snagging delays due to the pandemic and several lockdowns, the high quality offices, extending to 2,650 sq. ft were recently leased to Anna, aka Absolutely No Nonsense Admin, a fin tech company.

Ashurst Real Estate provided expert advice to Healthcare Infection Society with the acquisition and subsequent leasehold disposal of Montagu House along with formulating and implementing an exit strategy from its previous headquarters building.
