Lyndon Goode Architects certainly couldn’t resist relocating their thriving architectural practice to the heart of the Seven Dials estate from their former north London HQ.

Acting on behalf of its private landlord client, Ashurst Real Estate leased the 1st - 3rd floors of 65 Neal Street to Lyndon Goode who are were also provided with the rare opportunity of adding their own stamp of individuality to the property.

Despite the challenges of dealing with the disposal during lockdowns, skills shortages and unforeseen circumstances, all parties to the transaction displayed patience and determination to walk this transaction over the finishing line.
