Following a lengthy refurbishment, Independent, north London restaurant group, Grand Work, has opened a new restaurant and cocktail bar at 258 Pentonville Road, King’s Cross, taking over the premises from pre COVID occupier, The Wine Cellar.

Bell and Viv’s cocktail bar is located in the basement, whilst the restaurant will be offering internationally themed cuisine in the ground and first floors.

Located a few minutes from King’s Cross station and surrounded with further bars and restaurants, we expect Bell & Viv to quickly become a local favourite.

Despite the property coming to the market during COVID restrictions, this disposal demonstrated a massive appetite, excuse the pun, from independent operators for restaurant opportunities in King’s Cross.
