Mixed emotions!

Football plays a massive part in my family life and I am a passionate 3 lions fan.

My son has played against some of the best teams in the UK as an academy footballer himself.

My wife is from Argentina, Buenos Aires is my second home and my son could be eligible to play for either country….

So on Sunday, I had mixed emotions over the final game of a great World Cup, still feeling sour over England’s exit whilst trying to feel positive for my wife and son.

The cup final provided high emotions, frustrations, differing tactics, 2 sides working at different speeds, happiness, success and failure.

But this could equally be describing a fairly typical property transaction as well as the World Cup final.

After a very long wait (but not as long as ours), football-mad Argentina and Lionel Messi got their hands on the most coveted piece of real estate.
