Rent reviewed in Watford

As part of an estate wide asset management plan conducted by Ashurst Real Estate on behalf of its property company landlord, Ashurst Real Estate has recently secured a significant increase at 7 Fisher’s Industrial Estate, Wiggenhall Road, Watford.

The 8,500 sq. ft unit has been occupied by the same tenant for many years as warehouse units of this size are relatively rare in Watford and given a relocation or a rent review, the latter became the preferred choice.

Fisher’s Industrial Estate has been in the same ownership since it was originally constructed in the 1980’s and many of its tenants have also renewed their leases on multiple occasions which is a testament the estate’s well run nature and low key landlord.

A new warehouse property of circa 5,000 sq. ft. is proposed with construction due to start imminently.

Given the lack of mid sized warehouse units in Watford, strong demand is expected when the property is brought to market.
