BA Partnership jumps through the eye of the Tiger in King’s Cross

Managed office provider, BA Partnership has leased Studio 10 and Studio 11 Tiger House, Burton Street in King’s Cross in 2 separate transactions from a landlord client of Ashurst Real Estate.

The independent ground and first floor offices are connected via an internal staircase and will provide 2,907 sq. ft. of contemporary, studio style offices and 2 car parking spaces.

Tiger House has been in Ashurst Real Estate’s marketing portfolio for almost 20 years, long before the fabulous regeneration of King’s Cross began to take shape and has always been a strong performer in the market.

The two 2022 disposals have continued this trend with 1 offer received for Studio 11 within a week of coming to the market. Within a month, 3 parties were bidding for the right to lease Studio 11 before BA Partnership was selected as the preferred tenant.

BA Partnership was represented by Steve Hickey of Officity and Ashurst Real Estate acted for the landlord, Gleneil Limited.

Contact Ashurst Real Estate on 020 7419 5117 if you require advice on a property disposal or acquisition.
